Monday 10/28

Rest.

Tuesday 10/29

Rest. Apparently, I was tired.

Wednesday 10/30

Rest. Just kidding.
AM – 5.5 mile run, 52:12, 9:30 pace
PM – CrossFit
12 x 40m sprints, rest is the walk back to the start line
10 minute core tabata (alternate side and regular planks, every minute)

Thursday 10/31

PM – 2.25 mile run
CrossFit, open gym
Back Squats:
5 @ 85#
5 @ 105#
5 @ 115#
3 @ 130#
1 @ 150#
Prowler pull with person sitting on it; push back empty (x2)
Push Press:
5 @ 45#
5 @ 55#
3 @ 63# x2

Friday 11/01

Rest.

Saturday 11/02

3.15 mile run, 43:53, 13:58 – This was a 5k race with my youngest stepson.

Sunday 11/03

Rest.

The only thoughts I have about this week were that I took too many rest days with no reason. It wasn’t because I was fatigued or actually tired, just lazy. Maybe its because I took my tapering to an extreme too seriously.

I’m really excited about RnR Savannah for a number of reasons, which will be highlighted in an up-and-coming post. And I don’t mean in a post that will be written in 2 weeks. But that’s not a promise. πŸ™‚
