400m plate carry 45/25
20 lateral burpees over the plate
40 lateral jumps over the plate
200m plate carry
10 lateral burpees over the plate
20 lateral jumps over the plate
100m plate carry
5 lateral burpees over the plate
10 lateral jumps over the plate

Tuesday 9/24

AM – 4.5 mile run, 42:25

Wednesday 9/25

AM – 7.7 mile run, 1:13:34

PM – CrossFit

Strength: 3 hang power snatches EMOM for 15 minutes @ 53#

METCON: 2:06, 2:08, 2:08 (times for each row)
3 times:
Row 500m for time
Rest 3 minutes

Thursday 9/26

Rest.

Friday 9/27

Lunch – 3.5 slow and easy recovery miles, 35:40

Saturday 9/28

AM – 5.1 miles, 49:23

Sunday 9/29 BIRTHDAY!(More on this birthday thing another day.)

AM – 6.2 miles, 57:05
