Prove It

Running is just you, the work you put in, and the clock. You can’t cheat yourself. If you don’t put in the miles, you can’t go to the starting line thinking you’re going to pull a miracle out of nowhere. You get out exactly as much as you put in.
– Desiree Davila

This explains itself.

The only person you cheat by not running the miles or working towards your goal, is yourself. There is no point in telling people you ran 5 miles at a 7:30 pace if its not true. The only person you need to prove yourself to is yourself.

Happy Thursday!
